How to transfer from note 4 to note 5

I will be moving to the note 5 from axiomtelecom.com in the coming days. As I have a memory card in the 4 but not in the 5, what is the best way to transfer content? Ie music, photos, stuff I've downloaded?
Also replicate the apps I have (Google back up never restores them all! :confused:).
